Kerry was chosen as the leader to accept the information from every body and compile it. Everyone is expected to actively participate and not to wait until last minute to get things going. Dawn will go places to find positions to analyze. We were advised to read information that are sent to us and to give feedback whether good or bad so that consensus can be reached and decisions taken. Jobs were delegated to persons and the group was split in two to step up the work pace.

Latoya will add more to the methodology with assistant from Phebe.
Phebe and Dawn will work together in identifying positions that are comparable for survey.
