I saw a format of a WBS and I tried something. Not so sure I got the gist though.
These are some Deliverables which we can use
1. Structured job analysis questionnaire, customized with participation from teachers which can be used for ongoing update of job descriptions
2. job descriptions, which reflect jobs and skills that are currently performed
3. market study which includes pay methods and pay levels
4. competitive analysis for teaching jobs in the public and private sector
5. compensation philosophy and objectives for teaching jobs
6. compensation design characteristics to support philosophy and objectives
7. salary structure (e.g., salary grades, ranges)
8. salary program strategy
9. recommendations job title structure
